- 2 avocados
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 oz. chopped green chilies
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/4 small onion, chopped
Mash avocados. Fold in rest of ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips or use as a condiment on Mexican food.
